Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate leads via cold calling, networking, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and industry events.
- Qualify clients by understanding their business challenges and software needs.
- Conduct discovery calls, deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and demos highlighting our custom software development expertise.
- Build lasting relationships with prospects and C-level executives (CTOs, CIOs).
- Negotiate contracts and close deals aligned with company goals.
- Collaborate with our technical teams to craft tailored solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle, track pipeline in CRM, and hit/exceed quotas.
- Monitor market trends and provide client feedback for service improvements and upsells.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in sales (entry-level welcome; bonus for high-ticket or service-based industry experience).
- Proven ability to meet monthly quotas and goals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings/events.
- Eagerness to learn software development basics through our training.
